RV4 with certified Lyc IO-360, Certified Hartzell Prop and certified instruments maintained by AMO to TCA standards. 350+hrs in SA and 650 in USA without major incident. PS Problem is life insurance company will have a field day if there is even a hit of built up area in any incidents. I fly out of FABB, FAGM, FAWB, FAGC and FALA so built up area overflight is a bit of a given rather than a choice. I am not bothered about the aerie insurance, but if I go who takes car of the family if insurance rules that flight was without valid ATF. I had wording "allowing" built up area overflight but not for prolonged periods which was unilaterally changed when i was issued with night VFR ATF by CAA.
